Do You Accept Returns/Exchanges?
Because all of my items are made to order I do not pre-make items in bulk or drop ship items, therefore I do not accept cancellations/exchanges/returns at this time. However, I do strive to make my customers happy and I want them to love the items I create as much as I enjoyed creating it for them. Please contact me if you experience any issues with your orders and we will work it out.
How Do I Care for My Resin Items?
Resin coated portions of an item are waterproof. However, the non-resin coated portions and the backs of the items are not waterproof. Please keep away from standing water or excessive heat. Although the resin is resistant to yellowing, it is not recommended for continuous outdoor exposure to sunlight. To clean, wipe with warm water and a mild dish soap and a microfiber cloth. Do not submerge in water. You may use a food safe cutting board oil on the non-resin portions of wood products as needed.
How Do I Place a Personalized Order?
For items that can be personalized, in the product listing you can select yes for personalization and then use the personalization box to include the allowed customizations. If you would like additional customization outside of what is listed in the product description, please contact me directly for a personalized quote.
What Do I Do If A Product Arrives Damaged/Broken?
Please contact me if you have any issues or concerns with your item upon arrival. If an item arrives broken or damaged, just send me a quick photo with proof of the damage and I will send out a replacement. I strive to make my customers happy and I want them to love the items they receive as much as I enjoyed creating them so if you have a concern or issue with your item, please reach out to me and we will work it out :-)
Sizing Details
Please check the sizing charts included in each product listing for correct sizing. Since all my items are made to order, I do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors. Please select the correct size needed when placing an order. If you have questions about materials/fabrics and sizing, please send me a message prior to placing an order for assistance.
How Do I Place A Rush Order?
Unfortunately during the busiest times of year, rushed orders may not be available. All items are made to order so I don't keep a ton of inventory on hand or pre-make items in bulk. Rushed timeframes are dependent on how quickly I can obtain materials to make the item. Resin coated items must be allowed to cure and harden for a minimum of 72-96 hours before they are able to be safely shipped. Please contact me directly to inquire about rush order availability.
