RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All of my products are handmade to order in small batches. I do not mass produce or drop ship items. Therefore, I do not currently offer refunds/exchanges. I do want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there is an issue with your order, please contact me at contact@nminnickdesigns.com as soon as possible and we will work it out. 

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, you may cancel for a full refund if you contact me via contact@nminnickdesigns.com within 8 hours of the purchase. After 8 hours, I will have already begun production of the order and thus am no longer able to cancel it.
