Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow approximately 5-7 business days to process your order, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. An email will be sent to you when your order has been packaged and shipped!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is currently free on all domestic orders over $35. Shipping timeframes are in addition to processing times listed in the product listing. Most items arrive within 3-10 days of shipment date and is dependent on the shipping carrier (USPS). We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
Holiday Shipping Estimates:
Any holiday related shipping delays are announced by the postal service due to extreme package loads and staff shortages. All of our orders are dispatched on time, but we do not have control over the speed of delivery once its entered the mail system.
For the 2025 Holiday Season, for the best chance at receiving your items prior to the December 25th holiday, please place your holiday orders no later than December 13, 2025.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Since all of our items are made to order we do not accept returns and exchanges at this time.
Please contact me if you have any issues or concerns with your item upon arrival. If an item arrives broken or damaged, just send me a quick photo with proof of the damage and I will send out a replacement. I strive to make my customers happy and I want them to love the items they receive as much as I enjoyed creating them so if you have a concern or issue with your item, please reach out to me and we will work it out at contact@nminnickdesigns.com
