Returns/Exchanges
Because all of my items are made to order I do not pre-make items in bulk or drop ship items, therefore I do not accept cancellations/exchanges/returns at this time. However, I do strive to make my customers happy and I want them to love the items I create as much as I enjoyed creating it for them. Please contact me if you experience any issues with your orders and we will work it out.
Damages and issues
Please contact me if you have any issues or concerns with your item upon arrival. If an item arrives broken or damaged, just send me a quick photo with proof of the damage and I will send out a replacement. I strive to make my customers happy and I want them to love the items they receive as much as I enjoyed creating them so if you have a concern or issue with your item, please reach out to me and we will work it out.
